My recent stay at Loft da Serra was nothing short of exceptional, exceeding all of my high expectations. Aline, the manager, graciously welcomed us and made us feel right at home, showcasing the beautifully designed loft that was not only cozy but also incredibly comfortable, featuring a perfect blend of modern amenities and tasteful decor. I was particularly impressed by the attention to detail from the owners, Elida and Luiz, who ensured that every aspect of our stay, from the soundproofed rooms to the delightful breakfast including the best pão de queijo I've ever had, was meticulously catered to. On top of that, their promptness in returning my forgotten headphones was a testament to their outstanding customer service, making our experience truly unforgettable.
